Each throw resolves whatever the road puts in front of you — a tax checkpoint, a rival merchant, a mysterious stranger with an offer you can't quite trust. BUILD YOUR CARAVAN Hire guards and companions. Stock goods and buy upgrades. Manage your gold, your health, and your inventory across a run that never plays the same way twice. CHOOSE YOUR MERCHANT Five archetypes — Silk Trader, Spice Merchant, Arms Dealer, Scholar, Nomad — each with different starting resources and a unique ability that can turn the run. Unlock more as you travel. MASTER THE ROAD Short runs for a quick crossing. Long runs for the full Silk Road experience. Difficulty modifiers for merchants who want the road honest and brutal.
