Chipotle is changing the way people think about and eat fast food. We serve more responsibly raised meats and local produce than any other restaurant company.
And we prepare those wholesome, unprocessed ingredients using traditional cooking techniques right in front of customers. We believe that the more people know about how their food is raised and prepared, the more they will demand better food wherever they choose to eat. “The Scarecrow” game is one of the many ways in which way we are helping people understand more about where food comes from.

Player oh player
Yeah this game is about how food production is today, not in 50 years an such. And no chipotle uses organic materials hence the ad was supposed to symbolize chipotle using organics as opposed to the rest of the world using chemicals to help sustain their crops and steroids to make their animals grow faster. The weird part is player was wrong. A LOT of companies and restaurants use chemicals that they inject into their food to make it weigh more (lowers price) and taste good. Don't believe me? Look up what cellulose glucose is. If you're too lazy, it is a filler that people put in meats to make it weigh more. So a pound of beef with filler will cost less then a pound of beef without. And we all know that the cheeper a product is the more people will buy it. It's sad really that the world has evolved into this lying, dark, cancerous place where everyone has dirty secrets to their own consumers. Please stop these companies and buy organic food. Organic food doesn't have any chemicals and their animals are treated like they should be, humanely. It also doesn't contain fillers. (Some fillers cause cancer). Thank you.
A lot of you don't understand the message
I am aware that this is not how farms work today and yes there are no factory farms. This game is trying to send a message, a message of what could very well be, and already kind of is, the future of food production. It's about the corruption of the many corporations and food companies that there are, and what these companies have been doing that are very similar to methods like these. Ever heard of Monsanto? It's happening people, and it has been for a while. Wake up. This game has a very important message behind it and is a good depiction of a not to distant future of our production of livestock and farming methods.
I'm tired of these reviews saying they're worried Chipotle's food is processed and that they put chemicals in stuff and they abuse animals in the game. There's no way Chipotle processes their food like this. In the video you watch when you first launch the game you see that people order their food fake McDonalds-like food at the factory but nearby the scarecrow is serving his fresh food like Chipotle would. And the animals. It's a game. No real animals were hurt. And nobody really puts chemicals in food. So people, please be quiet. It's just a game.
