The podcasts are good.
The app will often just stop playing though. If it’ll play a podcast, it’ll play just one and then you have to close the program in order to play another because it just freezes.
Love KNBR but the actual app is subpar. The playback is actually more consistent if you open a browser and play it from the web on your phone.
Podcasts are good the rest of the app is super annoying
I know KNBR is hurting and trying to monetize their product by pulling pods off Apple Podcasts but can you make a more user u friendly app? If you want to put a commercial in an podcast fine but continually stopping a pod ruins the enjoyment of the interview. How many commercials do you expect people to listen to in a 10 min interview and the break points are terrible. Also when starting a pod the ads are ghetto and it’s hard to figure out how to close the ad. It’s like I was transported to the annoying internet from

Improved for how I use it
I use the app to stream radio & Giants games. Before streaming the Giants sucked & now it’s almost great but works well enough.
Suggestions: Culd be better if I didn’t have to change steeams fr. KNBR to a Giants game or back & endure ANOTHER 30 second ad..
Also could improve to be informed when either broadcast is ending instead of abrubt changes to undesired content like to ESPN radio or some pre-recorded content.
