JogRunSprint is a new and exciting app based on the popular running concept "10-20-30" developed by professor Jens Bangsbo and Thomas Gunnarson from the university of Copenhagen (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22556401).

Experience incredible results in just 3-4 weeks of running with JogRunSprint...Even as an experienced runner. A group of veteran runners who followed the training for just 7 weeks improved their 5K times by 4 percent!

JogRunSprint makes it very easy to run 10-20-30 intervals. Set up how many sets you would like to run and press start. Visual and audio cues will guide you through the entire exercise.

Remember the importance of a proper warmup before starting your exercise. We recommend warming up with easy jogging for about 10-15 minutes with an increase in speed the last couple of minutes.

Apple Watch Functionality?

I like the app very much on the iPhone. I would like to get it to work on the Apple Watch without the iPhone but can't get it to work and have not gotten answer from the developer as to whether the AW app is full functioned or just a controller for the iPhone. Minus one star for that.

Love this I needed this!

I used this today and it's great when you want to shake up your workout. Easy to use and program. I used this on a treadmill and love that it tells you when the next interval is coming so you can prepare.

Timer???

It’s a great workout but there should be a timer that tells you how long your run was. If you want to run a mile jogging, running and sprinting it should give show you how long it took you. Kinda ridiculous the paid version doesn’t even have this.
