my favorite manga app!

Ive used a lot of other apps, and this is by far the best. The UI is easy to navigate and I absolutely love how easy it is to manage storage! Reading ~200 ish chapters takes an entire GB, and going to the in-app storage and just deleting it is a peace of cake. I just wish that there was a more advanced filtering system, so you can choose to see titles in two or more categories and maybe blacklist some when you're browsing. Also I think if you're starting a new manga, making the "read" button take you to the first chapter instead of the most recent one would be useful, especially when there are a lot of chapters. These are just little improvements, I really love this app!

Might not be your fault but...

I personally love this app. The UI is great, the reading is great, and the ads aren’t too much of a problem. One slight issue however. A lot of the manga I’ve favorited don’t seem to be updating. At first I just though it was because a new chapter hadn’t come out yet, but as time went on I saw that new chapters have come out in almost every other site I’ve checked. I’m not sure if this entirely the developers’ fault, or the sources for the app, but it’s frankly, very annoying. Also, another thing is that when searching for manga I come across manga I would like to read but when I tap on it it says that the manga has copyright and isn’t allowed or something of the sort. Although this is understandable, it’s a bit annoying to see a manga you would like to read only for it to not be allowed. Although I’m not sure if that’s not the case for the premium version so oh well. Other than those two main issues, love the app!

Hello, It seems you are using mangago as your main source. Please try to switch to other sources like mangapark, mangaeden or mangahere. If most of your favorite manga are from mangago, you need to find the same titles in other sources, and add them into favorites, then you can receive the manga updates again. After a whole week’s hark working, we still can’t fix mangago’s updates, because the new updated manga pictures are all encrypted. How to switch to other sources? In search, click the “Earth” icon to go to manga source list, click manga source item like “mangapark”, it will show “Creating mangapark’s database…”. After its done, you can search manga from multiple sources at the same time. For every manga source, you only need to switch to it once. If you don’t want use any source, please uncheck the checkbox in front of it. How to find the same manga title easily in other sources? After switching to other sources, the databases are all created. In manga detail page, click the “Related manga” on the top right, the same manga title of all sources will be shown.

If I could pay two dollars to get rid of ads, I would. Every single little thing brings up an ad. Any notification, even if it’s just a banner, changing the brightness, using Siri, using either the pull up or drop down menu, accidentally going back a chapter and going back to the new one every little tiny thing brings up an ad with no respite. And despite the “tip” they give you, this doesn’t work for the timed ads or even some of the regular ads. Not to mention the close button glitches out OFTEN, forcing you to close the entire app just to get rid of the ad.

I’M SO SICK OF THE ADS ALL THE TIME!!! If it weren’t for their ad craziness with no escape this would be a really good manga reader. I use this and crunchyroll, exclusively, and this even has a leg up on CR because it, at least, gives you a button that lets you read from the page you left off on whereas CR makes you scroll through the hundreds of chapters to find where you left off which is incredibly stupid imo.
