Pretty and basic
App is alright, doesn't have hardly any features or helpful settings (like auto connect or auto join channels). If you want a super basic client, this is alright, though there are plenty of other better clients that are free (but ugly)
Functional, but needs work
No way to type commands or manually enter channel name. Extra charge to use more than one server. I would rate as barely adequate.
