"Lamp and Vamp is an enjoyable strategy game where players must navigate a vampire to his coffin through a randomly generated neighborhood, while avoiding the local neighborhood watch, determined to catch them. Movement is based on a tile system, each turn the player can move to any adjacent tile, and the vampire hunters also move one tile. The catch is that the vampire hunters have torches and flashlights, and can see ahead. If the vampire is caught in the hunter's line-of-sight, all the hunters in the neighborhood will converge and attempt to corner the vampire, resulting in death."

"It's a puzzle game in which you play a vampire who is trying to return to his coffin. Pesky townspeople and priests block the way but using your powers (BAT-FORM, MIST-FORM, BLOODSUCKING), you can navigate the streets and find your way home. It's absolutely splendid."

"If there's one thing that Lamp and Vamp has taught us, it's that being a vampire is tough." ^-^

Confusing at first, then tedious
I love most turn-based strategy games but this just doesn't do it for me. There's a steep learning curve (you really need to study the bestiary to see how enemies move and for some reason you can't access that while in game). Once you do figure out how everyone moves the game becomes monotonous and pretty boring. Once you master the simpler levels it's just a chore to play through them to reach the harder levels that match your skill level. You start from the beginning every time and this just becomes a drag. Fewer levels where the difficulty increases faster would be much better. Also much of the game is about waiting and waiting, and this just isn't very fun. I wanted to like this but ultimately deleted it (I did make it halfway through the fourth and final world but I'm just not motivated to continue).
Great game but one annoying glitch
The game is awesome, I love it, but there is one glitch that makes it really annoying. Sometimes when I die, the screen goes black and I have to start a new one. Other that that, great game and hope that can be fixed.
No longer works after updating to iOS 9.
All I get is a black screen when I try to load it. iPhone 6 running iOS 9.0.2
