Wish it still had Watch app
For a long time my only complaint was the home screen widget was behind in design standards. The new one is great & I love the 3D Touch implementation. But the primary reason I originally downloaded this app was for the Watch! I can’t believe they removed the most helpful part of it! So now I’m checking out other UV apps that include support for Watch. ☹️ I hope they’ll bring it back.
Please Implement Burn Time!
I’ve downloaded and researched all the UV index apps, and this one certainly looks and works the best on the Apple Watch. Love the Watch Face Complication that displays the current UV Index. My only problem is that this app does not have a feature for calculating burn time based on skin tone. Seeing as how this is a Watch App, it sure would be nice to know how long one can spend in the sun at that current time...then you could just start a timer to let you know when to find some shade/apply sunscreen. This app is so close to being 5 Star, it just needs this one last feature and it would be the ONLY UV app anyone would ever need.
Please bring Watch support back!
The latest version of this app is a major improvement to the phone experience. UV data loads quickly and reliably (yay!), and the design is great. A huge thanks to the developer for the upgrade!
Unfortunately, the main reason I used this app was the Watch complication! Even though it didn’t update reliably, it was still really useful when it did – I hadn’t found a better UV complication out there. I’ll get used to taking my phone out to check the UV index in the meantime, but I’m looking forward to the return of Watch support, especially if it’s as reliable as the phone app is now. :)
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
