Very helpful

I'm not going to lie and say I never slack off at first I did slack cause I wasn't used to working out regularly. I always made up excuses why even though it's only a few short minutes. But I've gotten so much better I regularly workout now and I feel so much better. I have more energy. I can do things for longer. I no longer struggle up the stairs and get winded like before. My mood is usually really good and now it's soaring even when I go through rough patches I feel much better. So thank you for creating this wonderful app with so many different workouts focusing on what we need at the moment.

Great app

This app is definitely worth the money! As a recovering back surgery patient, I am only allowed to do certain things and I love that the app lets you finish the workout for the day even without completing all of the exercises. The workouts are just hard and short enough that they are effective for the time spent but not so hard and lengthy that I dread doing them. The only thing that I dont like is that the instructor in the video portion doesn't do the same number of reps that its telling you to do. Also, the app's workouts aren't infinite. For paying money for it, I would expect to be able to use this app forever. But since I finished the 30 days, the app is pointless to me now. Overall, a great app for simple and effective workouts!

I am half way through the 30 day challenge and must say this is a very quick, effective workout! I find the workouts challenging but not at all difficult! Each day your reps gradually go up and I do not find myself struggling to meet my number of reps! The trainer is encouraging, demonstrates the workouts before she begins, and is right there doing the workouts alongside you. Each day I have felt myself get stronger and stronger as well as determined to keep going! I have paired this workout alongside another app to train for a 5K. I am extremely expressed and am glad I spent the minimal cost for this app! You will not regret trying this app!!
