One small airplane. One route. $120,000 in the bank... That's how every aviation empire starts.
Idle Flight Manager is a live-world airline management game where you draw routes on a real map, buy real aircraft, and watch your fleet grow from a single regional prop plane into a global operation of Boeing 747s and Airbus A380s. Earn revenue around the clock, even while you're offline.
What you do:
Tap airports to design multi-stop routes. Assign a plane and it begins flying the circuit immediately: carrying passengers, landing, turning around, and flying again. The map fills with glowing route lines as your airline expands. Revenue ticks up with every completed leg.
Key features:
- Live world map: real-time plane icons move along your routes on a global map that grows as you unlock regions.
- 50+ real aircraft across 10 tiers. From ATR turboprops and Embraer regional jets to Boeing 777s, Airbus A380s, and exotic premium aircrafts.
- 9 unlockable world regions. Expand from US domestic routes to international routes: Canada, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.
- Make money while you sleep: flights complete and income accumulates offline; return to a fully loaded airline fleet!
- Random events: crew strikes, tourism booms, fuel price drops, and government subsidies keep operations unpredictable
- Reward drones: spot drone icons flying across the map and tap to collect bonus cash or miles!
- Auto Flight Manager: assigns planes, creates routes, and re-optimizes your entire network automatically.
- Daily used-plane market, 8 rotating listings at steep discounts or spot-buy a rival's plane directly off the live map.
Progression and Fleet Management:
- Level up by completing route circuits and unlock the next tier of aircraft. Manage plane condition carefully. Let it fall below 50% and revenue drops noticeably. Let it fall below 30% and costs stack heavily.
- Set pricing per route to match your strategy. Economy fills every seat at lower fares. Luxury charges almost double per passenger but risks flying half-empty.
- Build hub airports where multiple routes converge to earn a network revenue bonus. Take bank loans to fund bold expansion. Spend miles to unlock countries, each opening new airports and longer, more profitable routes.
The aircraft catalog:
- Start with regional turboprops on short domestic hops. Work through narrow-bodies like the Boeing 737 MAX and Airbus A320neo. Progress into wide-bodies such as the Boeing 787 Dreamliner and Airbus A330neo.
- Finally unlock the legendary flagships: the 747-8, the A380plus, and rare premium aircraft for the most ambitious operators. Collect exclusive variants like the Stealth 787, the Golden A380, the Concorde Neo, and the Zero-G Orbiter.
Your airline, always working: Over 150 NPC airlines populate the skies with ambient traffic. Speed boosts let you accelerate to 2x or 10x speed. Every 7 in-game days, a weekly report delivers claimable cash, miles, and route credits. Your fleet never stops, with or without you.
Start your first flight. The world map is waiting.

Great but Endgame Needs Work

Love this game. Reminds me of Aerobiz Supersonic on SNES back in the day. Early game is great and highly addictive and fun.Endgame needs some help:Once your airline gets really big, the UI becomes really frustrating. It’s hard to manage existing routes because there is no filter or search feature. Repairing planes becomes a tedious chore because you have to scroll through hundreds of routes to find the route that plane was on to replace it. Either the repaired planes needs to go back to the route automatically or there needs to be a way to navigate to that route from the fleet repair tab.Simple tweaks like “buy x number of these planes” or “open all vintage crates” would save so many taps.Being able to see the distance on a route before selecting a plane, buying slots in bulk, and having search/filter on available planes for routes would be a huge improvement.Once you unlock all countries, there’s nothing to spend miles on so they just keep earning forever. The new route screen with the search is great but the create route button needs to be at the top - as of now you have to scroll past hundreds of cities and countries to find it.
Good but needs more

I really enjoy the logistic and detail that this game offers, but it has some shortcomings. There’s no data about where people want to go and how much they pay. The game is very easy and based on patience instead of skill or planning or anything… also, I like to clean up my routes and want to be able to “delete all” routes, but there’s no option for that, when you have 50+ routes, it’s. Pain in the bum to delete every one individually with 3 pressed (select, delete, confirm). I want the game to be more difficult or offer more goals. Also, there are too many ads. They randomly pop up when you’re getting into the game. Then, you can use them to double your money every level (I leveled up to 155 in 1.5 days) - and after level 20 money isn’t a concern anymore, it’s just doing whatever you want… which is fine… but sandbox games are boring. I want challenges and goals and problems to solve. The “random events” could easily include weather, no fly zones, geopolitical problems and special events in certain cities to draw more crowds.
Great game, needs more specific data

I really enjoy this game. The only reason for the 4 stars is because it will tell you to fly more efficient jets to avoid pollution, but doesn’t really give you any info to tell you which ones are better. It has a list saying which planes are the top polluters in your company, however I’ve noticed that a more efficient aircraft can show up above a worse one if you have more of them flying. I’d LOVE to have some more data to go off of to figure out the real reason my eco rating keeps dropping, even if it’s just a simple scale that shows the amount of pollution/mile or something. It also can be hard to keep track of which routes are the best. You can sort routes by profit, however this can also be skewed by simply having more planes on a specific route. I wish the demand scale the game has would give a little more info than just low/mid/high.All around though I’ve enjoyed this game so far!
Captains, we’ve cleared more turbulence from your airline!
This update prepares the game for Daily and Weekly Missions and Seasonal Events, which may appear for selected players as we test and tune the experience.
We also improved the Carbon Ledger, route creation, fleet controls, Dark Mode, map interactions, UI polish, scrolling, popups, ads, and overall stability.
Safe skies!
