Idle Mine! 17+

Don’t get me wrong, I love this game! I easily can get the 500 sat maximum cash out every day. And I cash out easily to ZDB and this link from there to Coinbase is nearly instant. But, this game doesn’t idle offline like the name or ad indicates. If you could have this idle offline like your other game Bitcoin Miner, that would change my 4 stars to 5. And maybe raise the maximum daily cash out a little more. Otherwise, I have no other complaints. I’ve had this game less than a week now and have earned nearly 3000 sats in only an hour or 2 per day. If you do release other miner projects, im definitely interested.

Edit: Thank you developers for your response to my inquiries. I really appreciate that. I will remain patient while you work on the offline idle part.( I was talking about the progress coins, not the Sats.)To others who want to play but are skeptical, this is a great way to make extra sats, especially with bitcoin rising so fast now! ZBD+Coinbase: Perfect combination. Raising up to 5 stars.

Yeah, sorry about that! If you're referring to earning offline for the progress coins, I think this is being worked on to make it more consistent. We've had some issues with it. If you mean earning SATs offline, this is sadly not allowed on the App Store. We've looked into it in the past, and you can't have SATs earned in that way because of TOS. EDIT: Thank you, hopefully we can get it sorted soon!

EDIT: I’ve changed my rating to 5 stars for helpful dev support. I’m based in a state that doesn’t support cash out, which is why the game won’t work for me. Thank you to the devs/support team for getting back to me on this.

Side note: It might be beneficial to advertise either in ads or in the App Store/Google Play that the game won’t allow you to cash out if you live in certain states? It seems most of the 1 star reviews tend to hinge on this misunderstanding, as mine did.

Original post: My mom and I both downloaded this game but can’t figure out how to cash out anything. We don’t see any evidence of the game keep track of actual money earned nor any way to cash out or place to submit banking details or whatnot. I also can’t seem to contact support for whatever reason.

If I’m missing something can someone please enlighten me here? Have we just not been playing long enough? Is there a page we haven’t found? I’m so confused. If devs read this, would you be so kind and willing as to please help me sort this out?

If not, as it stands now, I’m sad to say I’m extremely disappointed and it’s just another pay to play game that has failed to keep promises. Everyone is saying that they do pay but I see nowhere in-game that supports that statement as of yet…

Yeah, we're hoping to open soon on Idle Mine as we opened recently on our other game. It's annoying because we can't advertise specifically by state, but we can by country so it gets confusing. Appreciate the review, and for understanding!

I’ve been playing this game for months and in the beginning everything was going good. In the beginning of my playing I was able to withdraw 500 SATS then reduced to 330 SATS after Bitcoin hit 100K, the reduction is understandable to me. Then at some point, I’m thinking around December, the payouts stopped working. I’m from Pennsylvania and I’m not using a VPN, so there’s no issue there. I emailed the developer several times via the link being provided to report the error, which is usually 1 or 30 and have only received one reply saying to try again and the issue has remained. There recently updated version is a lot more fun and challenging but still no payout fix. I’ve paid a few dollars to pay for their subscription and extras but that has stopped until I can withdraw everyday without issue. Here’s an interesting fact that when I try to withdraw 330 SATS on my phone which uses a USA IP I get an error message but on my iPad were I just buy data which has a IP I believe in Poland I can withdraw but only 50 SATS. Would it not be easier for the developer to just turn back the clock to the earlier payout system to give their customers exactly what they are playing this game for.
