I saw someone complaining about the support team and it seems like they just don’t understand the capabilities of developers. From the response they gave to it, it seems they want them to switch the reward they were given just because they have spent money on the game. What a rude individual I just wanna defend the support team and say they clearly respond to most reviews and they’re always quite helpful WITH THINGS WITHIN THEIR CAPABILITY. There is no reason for a support team to pretend they can’t do something they’re literally working just like anyone else works and that can sometimes be the whole job so why would they waste their own time? Sorry for the bad reviews from people that don’t understand how things work you guys seem great

Stop shoving tutorial down my throat and let me play the game. Stop forcing me to click enemies. Stop forcing me to view enemy details. Stop forcing me to change target. Stop forcing me to activate mech. Stop forcing me to use skills. Stop forcing me to use ultimate. Stop forcing me to summon units. Stop forcing me to upgrade units. Stop forcing me to equip gear. Stop forcing me to auto-fill formation. Stop forcing me to continue to next stage. Stop forcing me to upgrade vehicle. Let me remove vehicle from formation. Stop forcing me to use vehicle cannon. Stop forcing me to click on afk chest. Stop forcing me to go to shop. Stop forcing me to activate honor core. Stop forcing me to claim chapter chest. Stop forcing me to summon heroes. Stop forcing me to modify vehicle. Stop forcing me to open city events. Stop forcing me to open profile and avatar select window. Stop forcing me to go to vehicle evolution. Stop forcing me to go to skyscraper. Stop forcing me to click on bond aura. Stop forcing me to click on daily quests.

Don’t lie to me. A tutorial is never essential. It can be optional for those that need the help without being shoved down throat of those that don’t.

Sorry for the dissatisfying game experience. The tutorial phrase is an essential part in the game which allows our new Commanders to have a comprehensive understanding of our gameplay. We will work harder to optimze the experience in the game tutorial.

I really enjoy the game. It’s easy to stay competitive even if you don’t spend. And you can very lightly spend and stay very competitive if you spend on the right things. That makes the game itself very fun.

Now the bad and this is something that’s a huge dealbreaker for me. Very very poor quality of customer support. Very difficult to get into contact with support to begin with. And when you do get in contact with them they insist they can’t resolve issues they definitely can resolve and are in full control over. (This means it’s either a very very lack of caring support team. Or a super lazy one) I’m a decent spender. I’ve definitely spent plenty to get some effort out of them let’s say that to be nice. But basically with this support team. If any game issue occurs that screws you guess what you’ll stay screwed. Even if it was the game servers fault. They won’t do anything to remedy it and they will take forever to reply only replying with bot “sorry I can’t help” answers.

So if a crap support team is a deal breaker for you in a game, steer clear from this one. If they won’t help spenders they won’t help anyone. Basically saying there’s no support. Just people there to say they can’t help when they can.

Other than a very crap support team that doesn’t resolve their own games issues. The game itself is very fun. So if you can get over that definitely give it a try. But a 2 star is all this game deserves imo.

Sorry for the frustration and convenience caused. We cannont take back player's unwanted event reward which are resulted by network issue.
