Ratings and Reviews
Decent, but overpriced
This is a pretty good app, but the ducks unlimited app is better. If I could do it again I wouldn't pay $2.99 for this app. It only has one picture each of the male and female versions of a species. Overall, it would be helpful, but not worth the money. You can find another app for free that provides more.
Good basic information for beginners. Needs to have visuals of wind coloration to better define the difference between species that are similar in description (Mallard Hen vs. Mottled duck).
Maybe also include wing beat patterns and flying habits.
Also does not include geese or other related bird species hunted ( Sandhills cranes).
In my opinion, not worth the $2.99
Really enjoying this new update. The wing graphics and extra photos are helpful. Continues to be a great asset in the field.
