    This app used to be great and I’m not sure what happened. It seems the only thing you can use it for now is for you ID card and to see past prescriptions. Anything else I try to look at tells me to call the 1800 number. The whole reason for the app is to not have to call the 1800 number. For example, I am trying to view my lab results and it says there is an issue with that function and to call the 1800 number for assistance. Hopefully this can be fixed soon otherwise it’s a useless app taking up space on my phone 😕

    This app would get a solid 5 stars if I could just use it for the one thing I'd really like use it for: finding doctors!I see that you're able to search for PHPs so long as you're wanting to change yours, but--as far as I can tell!--there's no ability to do a proper search for an IEHP provider. I'd e-specially love to be able to look through those specialists...I HEREBY HUMBLY REQUEST THIS FEATURE! THANK YOU!

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch! You're right that the Smart Care app currently allows you to search for a new doctor if you want to change your PCP. But we're working on a few enhancements to make this feature even better going forward. You'll soon be able to not only search for doctors but also filter by specialist type in your area! Hopefully you're as excited about this new feature as we are!

  • App won’t even accept valid credentials for login

    It’s impossible to comment on any other app functionality as it refuses to accept my legitimate credentials for login - the exact same credentials that work on the web site. It complains, incorrectly, that my password, the one that is already registered and working, does not meet the password length and complexity standard - it does. Why is it even checking complexity for login? It should only be checking for a hash match at login. Useless so far.

    At first, I thought the app was broken, but it was just the Apple setting that prevented the text from visibly showing.I do like the abilities of the app, but please fix this. I have to have crazy settings in order to prevent my migraines from occurring. Thank you.I’m currently on an iPhone 8 and up to date on iOS 13.3.1.

    Great app to save your time instead of talking on the phone. But you have to make account for each member in the family. To log in again u will need to put the member of. I wish if I can open the app just like my chart and fine me and the kids on the same account.
