I love the app, but there is problem with the app, I recently bought one month premium but after 5 days , the app got back to its free mode, it’s a bug or..?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Your subscription reverted to free mode after the trial and grace periods due to a billing error. No money was withdrawn from your account.
