Not good
The most disgusting digital banking app. At least three time blocked due to wrong password, while I type the password rightly which received from their end. Rather than it DBbl or city touch is more effective. Don’t create problem to login customer identity. Need good developers may be to solve this type of issue.

Though I have given 5 stars to encourage the efforts of developers, my overall rating for this app is 4 out of 5! The app is smooth and Face ID is working perfectly. But first time when I tried to login with their ID and pass, I was facing “login failed” issue! It took me 8 hours to login my account. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
A very bad app
It’s impossible to use. I have to go back to using my text messages to get any information on my account balance.
After every update it locks me out of the app. I have to set it up all over again and this presents new issues every time.
I got this app for my convenience, but it’s just adding more hassle. Sorry, I’m deleting it. I will try again some other time when I have more patience.
