App opens, then when a document is clicked it crashes.

poor customer service

This app was fine until ios7; now every time I attempt to open a book the app closes. I contacted E-book systems twice with no response. Unfortunately this is how I access my newspaper on my ipad; not sure if I can open it on any other platform.
