I can’t say enough great things about the service from Unified Care. The app is very accurate and tracks your numbers and history trends.

I just recently started using Dexcom, a continuous glucose monitor, which has been very unreliable. It constantly disconnects from the app and sends me critical alerts which don’t match the fingerstick readings.

The meetings with Alyssa my Nutritionist are so helpful and I can always message them through the app when I have questions or write notes on the app indicate what I ate that might have affected a high reading. They’re very responsive to my messages or phone calls. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

This blood pressure monitor is extremely simple to use. I use it every day. It keeps a record of my blood pressure. This saves me from having to write it down every day so I can share it with my doctor. My doctor uses the results of this device to review my blood pressure when I have appointments with him. Support Is also excellent and I’ve used it multiple times. The healthcare assistant Esther Anderson is also excellent and she provides great help for me. Hi highly recommend this device for anybody who needs to monitor their blood pressure. It’s a great convenience and time saver

This program is helping me to monitor my pre- diabetes and loose weight. The team is very supportive and positive. Even when I make a mistake, the team is always encouraging! Without their support, positive attitude, encouragement and ideas for goal setting, it would be much more difficult to be successful in achieving these goals.
