Unfortunately, the current format of this app isn’t very useful. At a minimum you should give your customers the ability to track their energy usage daily. Recommend you hire a better Application Designer.

This app had some sort of update? As my payment information usually is saved, however the last two times I paid my bill I’ve had to enter my routing and banking information like a new account each time. It’s annoying and inconvenient to not have it save my bank information for quick payment options. What’s the point of having a nickname for your payment if it isn’t saving the account information. Please fix this issue. It wasn’t like this before. I’ve had service for a year now and it just started not saving my stuff.

I think it’s wrong to charge an extra amount to pay our bill on the phone on the Internet. I don’t know anybody else that charges to pay extra online it’s not right.

This app is useful, but needs some upgrades.1. On my iPhone the font size is too small when typing a report...and I see small things easily. I showed what I had typed to my wife, and she couldn’t read any of it. 2. The font for typing is not dark enough.3. The space for typing a report is too limited...120 characters to describe a problem.4. The app definitely needs a separate link for reporting a Street Light outage like the full- blown website has. That’s a very common problem. Thanks for developing this app!
