The State Regulations section gave me the wrong state with no way to fix it. My state when signing up and paying were correct. This was not user error. The Exam it took me to was for the correct state, but the state specific questions on the exam were not taught.

On rare occasions, there can be a mixup in the system on delivering the correct state specific information to the student. We are able to fix these issues if you contact customer service. 1-800-830-2268

I completed the class up until the level 6. That is when it takes me to the website to login and then after i login, it just takes me back to the app and doesn’t let me print my certificate and there are no help options for costumer services.

Update: I was taken to customer support and they said that you have to use google chrome on a computer to get your certificate. Once I did this it worked. Amazing app.

The final exam and temp cert delivery all occur OUTSIDE the app. You need to go to www.ilearntohunt.com/login in your web browser and login with your credentials. There you'll be on your 'dashboard' where you can print your temp certificate. If you run into any issues, just give customer service a call. 844-300-1429

Probably one of the only reviews I’ve ever left in my entire life, but after seeing the 2.9 star rating and being worried sick I wouldn’t be able to get a hunting license within the same day, (which I sorely needed) this app saved my rear-end. Thanks a ton to whoever came up with this, can’t recommend enough.
