It's ok for basic things. Locked up on me twice, while using it the first time. Security- not the app so to speak- but the site itself. Only 24 character passwords. No email/text that I can see, for updates- security or info...
This app is a huge step down from the old one which was simple and did everything I needed. This one is not user-friendly at all. It seems mobile deposit has also disappeared? Couple that with being really slow, getting stuck on loading pages regularly = Frustrating...
Old version wasn't 'broken'
Really, the old version was better than this. Change for change sake isn't good, there wasn't anything wrong with the old version. This 'new' app is less user-friendly... just like the 'new' website. I too am considering a different bank.
