No suppurt for system audio recording

I bought this to do a project that required capturing sytem audio, sound from internet etc. I found no way to do this in the program, or in the vague online support page for this product., installed publishers reccomended plug-in, still no system or line audio in the dropdown menu for sources. I use another program for digitizing analog sources. This product wouldn’t even do that. I question what was actually installed on my system. You’re better than this apple. security and function is why most users choose mac.

Does not work. Period

I’m using Yosemite. This does not work. There appears to be no way to tell it what to record. The app is basically nonresponsive. Stay away. Apple needs to take more responsibility for selling apps that don’t work.

instructions are vague, plugin doesn’t appear to work

I downloaded because I wanted to try and record system audio. It says this works if you download and install a plugin, which I did. Hopefully this isn’t malware. After doing this there is no change - I can’t see any change in the menu to allow for recording of system audio. There is no support for this product either. Pretty frustrating and waste of time and money for me.
