Description
Auditing assets in your organisation and ensuring that the information held in the database actually matches what is in your records is often a very manual, error prone process, which often times is reliant on hand written notes to keep the system updated. This can leave your organisation, and the people auditing your assets, incredibly frustrated.
With IM&M Asset Toolbox, this process is streamlined with a sleek and easy to use mobile app. By utilising the IM&M API, all of your assets can be quickly verified and efficiently recorded in a centralised database. With our barcode scanning feature, an auditor can easily verify assets in a short space of time. New assets can be added to the database just as easily too.
Note: This app requires the IM&M Asset Server to be installed on your LAN.
