It looks like they are trying to do a lot of fancy things and effects and that really slows the app a lot.You use the app to check the money you have and maybe do a transaction. That should take 30 seconds. However, just login takes almost 30 seconds, and I have the latest iPhone, I don’t want to imagine how it would be for someone that has an iPhone 6.The menu on the bottom is half useless, you never know where to find things by the icon, whenever I’m trying to do a transaction I have to check a couple items to remember which one was it.Transactions don’t have the time... how is this still not available???Guys, don’t lose your focus, you’re not participating in a design contest for apps, your trying to help people to get through their banking seamlessly, and taking into account that there’s no web access available (what a shame in 2019...) and the app is the only way to do stuff it should be 10x better and easier to use.

Optimize is, cause it’s working slowly and always crashes (on the last devices)2. Give opportunity to manage all the data inside the app (all kind of statements, full process of payments etc)3. Let it be possible to save cards of yourfriends without entering full pack of information!
