Bottom of dashboard shows alerts with a number and it looks like there are items underneath, but it don’t slide or allow you to click on it. The number showing doesn’t equal what I see on the dashboard? Perhaps a tour and no unnecessary things that appear like they SHOULD be click- able

I never reviewed in a app and the service. It’s just that I’m am very frustrated the service of this company. I have my card, all my information to use to register into teladoc, gives me a lot of error, also it’s connected to United Healthcare and try to register the account give me lots of error, tried to call each one of them and it all goes back to this IMG insurance. For 2hrs of talking and register just to have a phone visit. It’s giving me a headache. It’s like they do not want me to use their insurance when needed. Don’t give people a hard time using your service. This is not the first time happens to me. But this is the first time for all talking to customer service. Nothing happens.

This app appears to be associated with International Medical Group insurance; however, I cannot seem to log into the app using the MyIMG account. It seems to want to login to the account but immediately throws back a message that I am being logged out for security reasons and I should log in again. It also looks like the app was last updated a month ago according to the App Store information displayed. If I tap on App Support I am directed to a credit card shopping coupon serviced instead of a developer help site. Really odd and seems sketchy at this time. Cannot recommend at this time and who knows if it will be functional in time for our upcoming trip overseas.

Prudential is our company’s vendor for multiple benefits, including emergency travel assistance through their partnership with IMG. This is my first time downloading the IMG app, and I’m extremely disappointed—it's essentially non-functional. You can’t even add a trip, which defeats the entire purpose of the app. This is a valuable service, and it's frustrating that IMG hasn’t put in the effort to make the app usable. I plan to share this experience directly with Prudential, as it reflects poorly on an otherwise meaningful benefit, and perhaps the need to revisit the partnership.
