This app is incredible!

This service is great! I work crazy hours so going to the store is exhausting. There are times when the store I order from is out of something I ordered but if the possible replacement isn't available they are very good about verifying other options. The prices are relatively close to in store, so really it's just the tip(10% of the order) and delivery fee which is usually under $5, it's a great deal!

Terrible

Placed my first order yesterday for same day delivery— and my credit card was charged. An email arrived shortly thereafter stating that my order could not be delivered because the billing address and shipping address differed. I replied and explained that I am traveling, hence the difference. No reply all day despite several calls to their customer service number which is just a recorded message and several emails asking them for an update. Then this morning received an email stating that every single item was “out of stock” and my order cancelled. I ended up placing the order directly to the supermarket using a different app for exact same items and delivery was actually cheaper. My first time customer experience needless to say was terrible.

Understand they’re overwhelmed, but no communication with customers

Delivery is being delayed by more than a week, but worse of all no ability to cancel the order and get a refund and no response to calls or phones. PLEASE JUST EMAIL YOUR CUSTOMERS and tell them what’s going on and allow people to cancel their orders because the delayed delivery is not feasible

Response: they actually responded in 1 day which was quite impressive, I still think the app could help customers help themselves more
