Inacua es la herramienta definitiva de entrenamiento para que nuestros socios consigan sus objetivos, gestionen su práctica de las actividades dirigidas y conozcan nuestros centros deportivos.
Inacua es como tener un entrenador personal 24h al día. Además te permitirá:
- Seguir tu evolución.
- Controlar tu consumo calórico diario y semanal para cumplir con tus objetivos.
- Informarte de los entrenamientos programados de los próximos días y validar las sesiones realizadas.
- Gestionar tu práctica de las actividades dirigidas programadas
- Una videoteca de 1000 vídeos, con imágenes y descripciones: entrenamiento funcional, en suspensión, peso libre, máquinas guiadas, aeróbico, etc.
