This app is truly horrible. I had more luck on the old app from International Bank. Not “InBank”.
At least once a day, I can’t log into the app.
I have my thumb print enabled and a passcode.
And I always keep my password handy. And still, it will tell my password is wrong. And that I need to “authenticate”. So then, I have to go to the InBank webpage, do all the “steps” to verify it is me. And change the password. And by the next day. Same thing happens again. Truly thinking about switching banks just because the app is soo horrible.
Your log in will always require authentication and your authentication will always be invalid. You can’t save your login info. The app enables Face ID or Touch ID by default every time you open it and doesn’t work with either of them. When all of this doesn’t work they will deny your account access like it is your fault that their app is junk. On the rare occasion when everything works like it should, it is fine for checking balances but not much else.
Can’t log in
I keep putting in my login and it’s not working but when I get on it through the actual website my username and password are fine.
