This is a nice little app to quickly document any type incident but would be much more useful with a few additional features.The first thing i noticed is that once you finish your initial entry and complete it, there is no way to go back and edit, correct, or add any new information. This is a very important option to have in any type of incident documentation. With out it the app is mostly useless. Currently the apps organizational ability is based solely off the date and time. This should be corrected to allow the user to type short title or select user defined categories. The time and date should be moved to be automatically included into the report. DEVs please note that the time and date of the created report is not always and in fact, hardly ever the same as the time and date of the actual incident. If possible the app should be able to generate a clean looking report into a pdf rather than just a plan looking email you can send. The fact that you can email the “report” is a good feature.Currently you see a cloud icon at the top left of the app page but i have not found any cloud option setup so my guess is its a planned feature. Overall this app is decent for a quick documentation but again with just a few changes could be very useful as the UI is easy to follow. I look forward to new updates to this app
