Great tool for Emergency Managers
I have been using Incinotes for a while now and it is a wonderful tool to help emergency managers effectively document incidents while reducing the administrative overhead of doing so. The product started--and remains--heavily fire-service oriented, but the developer is very responsive has implemented many features for all-hazards incident management. This product has so many features, but they are logically arranged and intuitive to use. I look forward to continuing to integrate Incinotes in my workflow. Comprehensive Incident Management Documentation
I have been using Incinotes for about 7 months now. This app is very robust and has made my work simple in terms of documentation and asset tracking on large incidents. While the initial price was a eyebrow raiser, I am completely satisfied with my purchase. The time I have saved, the lowering of stress, lessening of the grey hairs and ease of sharing incident information to incoming Type 2 or 1 teams, is exactly what we need to have in our tool box. The ability to share all acquired info with a couple swipes of the fingers will become the new standard for our field. Keep up the good work, and we are all eagerly awaiting the next versions. Lastly, thanks for the great customer support (late into the night on a Type 3 incident), you have provided when I really needed it.
InciNotes takes the ICS 201 from the paper form to the digital age. InciNotes simplifies the documentation process for Incident Commanders. I really like how the application guides you through the Incident Management documentation process. InciNotes makes Incident documentation simple and easy. The Safety prompts will mitigate risk on incidents and reduces liability concerns. The ability to get spot weather forecasts is invaluable especially in areas where wind can change the fire into a wildfire in minutes. The report feature allows you to send incident information to who ever needs the information and provides time stamped recording of actions and a printable PDF copy. PDF100.
