Can’t Deposit Check
For three years (almost four years), I have not been able to deposit a single check using this mobile app. This is an important feature since I live out of state and want to keep money in this account. I’ve called customer service multiple times and no one seems to think this is a problem worth escalating to the developer. At some point the developer should have reached out to reproduce the error message. I’m sure I’m not the only person who can’t deposit a check through this app.
YOUR APP IS TRASH (ZERO STARS)
Edit: This app is still complete garbage. FaceID will work and then all of a sudden it stops working. Also this app doesn’t allow you to save you password to you “keychain” so if you forget your password you’re screwed and have to make a phone call to re-enable your user ID.... Fix this useless app.
Edit: this app is absolute trash. Touch ID doesn’t work and has now locked me out of my account on 3 separate occasions forcing me to have to call to reset my password because simply resetting it on their website no longer works.
Touch ID no longer works and when I try to input my password it says my password is incorrect and I have now been locked out of my account. This app is a joke.
Touch ID no longer works.
Since IOS 11, the Touch ID login no longer works. I can turn it on, but when I sign off and then sign back in, the app gives me an error and makes me use my password. The passcode option works, but I use Touch ID for a reason.
