Can’t Deposit Check
For three years (almost four years), I have not been able to deposit a single check using this mobile app. This is an important feature since I live out of state and want to keep money in this account. I’ve called customer service multiple times and no one seems to think this is a problem worth escalating to the developer. At some point the developer should have reached out to reproduce the error message. I’m sure I’m not the only person who can’t deposit a check through this app.
Sometimes when I login my current available balance will reflect correctly, but then you look through your transactions and there will be several missing. Very confusing! It takes a long while for any of the transactions to even show on it. And if you call the bank, they can see ALL of your pending transactions. But not on the APP it takes a few days for them to show.
Awful Mobile app
I cringe every single time I have to open this app. None of the feature to login work. Password is wrong, Touch ID and Face ID... nope. I have the same password store for the website and app but the app never accepts it. I do hope they figure this out. Stuck at home and needing to do banking is horrible if I this app is involved. And now trying to submit this, I need a nickname but the first six I’ve tried are take. Ugh.
