The platform allows you to request and approve design work from the Daily Press creative team. Contact the team at any time through the messenger function, and talk directly to your designer. All design and artwork collateral is stored inside the Indy MyFiles, being cloud-based all files are easily accessible by your team. Indy is designed to help create transparency and effective communication across both client and creative teams.
The Indy platform integrates with many screen management providers, allowing you to drag and drop your created artwork directly onto your screen provider server. This feature is a great time saver for many of the venues.
Also included are fantastic marketing tools such as the marketing planner enabling you to plan out and assign your marketing to your internal team. An easy-to-use calendar that gives you a clear picture of where you're up to in your marketing planning.
Indy social is a powerful social media tool that integrates directly into the Meta platforms enabling you to plan, approve, and schedule all your social media via the platform. Another great tool for the hospitality sector.
Included inside Indy social is the added AI feature helping create the posts. A very powerful tool for those looking for creativity, but lacking the resources to hire a professional copywriter.
The platform also enables you to send SMS and email notifications to your database.
It also allows you to book photo and video shoots with the Daily Press photographers and videographers.
Need Print? The Indy print tab will allow you to request a quote or request a job to be printed. Jobs are tracked and reported on via the platform.
