At the touch of a button—or automatically in the event of an airbag deployment — INFINITI InTouch Services specialists can request response services, connect you to roadside assistance, or help the police locate your vehicle in the unfortunate event that it becomes stolen. You can also receive alerts if your vehicle’s alarm is triggered.


Drive Zone, Max Speed and Valet alerts monitor how your INFINITI is being driven, even when someone else is behind the wheel. Maintenance Alerts keep track of the vehicle health by sending a notification if a malfunction indicator light is triggered.

The INFINITI InTouch Services app allows you to remotely start or stop the engine, lock or unlock your doors, turn the lights on or off and activate the horn of your INFINITI remotely with your compatible iPhone. Send your latest destination directly to the vehicle’s navigation system or use the in-vehicle connection to contact an INFINITI personal assistant to perform tasks on your behalf.

App stinks - Unreliable

I recently traded a 2018 Wrangler for a Q50. Both vehicles have this same remote app technology. FCA’s U-Connect system was reliable 99% of the time. Infiniti’s app fails 75% of the time I try to use it. Will not be paying for this service when the 12 month free trial is up. What a waste.

I purchased a 2016 q50 and activated the service at the top premier package. To date Google Calendar feature does not work and I have linked my google account to it as requested, when I use the InTouch mobile app it does not locate my vehicle all the time it tell me that my vehicle can not be located. My SOS button in the car deactivate on occasions. For a high end luxury vehicle their technology is sure on the low end. I have been dealing with this issues since November 2019 every time I call the answer is the same, there working on a fix/update to the system they even told this to the dealer when I took it there to be diagnosed. Then I should not be charge for services until your fix/update is released. If I could give a negative star believe I would give them a -5 star rating. The car is great but their technology is lacking in all forms.

Not impressed

Infiniti is supposed to represent luxury. The implementation of this is very lack luster. Capabilities in the app are extremely limited. The need to put in an additional passcode to start my car is running annoying. App can’t authenticate with Face ID. The watch requires the same. The latency with trying to execute a command to the car is excessive. The monthly cost for the service are excessive. This is my third Infiniti. Probably my last. The innovation has been non existent in too many areas.

Some features that could be added.
-control the hvac and be able to set a temp for the car.
-open/close the windows or sunroof.
-View vehicle health report and upcoming maintenance.
-Schedule service appointments for upcoming maintenance -
optional notifications for upcoming maintenance.
-Lookup recalls.
-notifications for low fuel

This app should be an extension of the luxury that Infiniti wants to represent. It’s interface should be fluid and latency reduced.
