Need to make an option for auto pay

It is easy to pay your monthly bill here but I’m the type of person that just knows when it’s suppose to happen and I set up all my bills on auto pay. This is the only one that I have difficulty doing. I like doing everything online or in apps. I don’t want to call customer service. Other companies have spoiled me rotten with their neat technology. Although, simplifying an option as mutually beneficial as auto pay shouldn’t be that hard. Please, for my sanity ... fix this.

SAVE money and go somewhere else!

I’ve had Geico and Progressive before and at the dealer when we purchased the second car, we were approached by insurance agent to open a new policy instead of adding the car to existing policy. After showing us the premiums, the agent convinced us that it’s the best option. So we did. Well, after prepaying the premium in full for 6 months, the premium went up 6 times in 2.5 months that I have the coverage!!!!!!!! And customer service doesn’t answer any of the questions! They don’t explain anything or don’t care about customers! They tell you that directly! At this point, I would be better off going ANYWHERE else but Infinity. Learn from my mistakes! Never had such a negative experience with insurance company before.

Horrible comapny

If i could give 0 stars i would i have never experienced such a horrible insurance company! The app never works you can not pay online. Nobody answers when you call customer service! Ive called multiple times & only got in contact with them twice once i asked them to add a driver to the plan & they told me it was already done & it clearly wasnt i called again 1 week later & they told me it was already done again & i told them it wasnt at that point i gave up. Not worth the time or money on this company! Yet this company is worth $12 billion & cant have a decent available working app for thier customers.
