Good app, but…

Our hospital begins push this app to us for scheduling and for day-off request. We can only see what date and time we are scheduled for work, but no information on where we work. Yesterday an update was pushed through by the app, after that, I can not open the app anymore! Deleting and re-download doesn’t help…

I hate this app

I started a new job 7 month ago and had to download this app for it. Set up wasn’t to bad, but overall use and being user friendly is probably the worst for any app I have ever used. My management told us from day 1 not to try to use the vacation feature. Just to txt them what days and time we want off and they will put it in due to how many people they have had not be able to figure it out. Every time I update the app I have to re-login and it tries to make me use a different authenticator app for “security reasons” which is fine if it works. It doesn’t, at all work right. The authenticator app it said to use does not work well with this app and 90% of the time when I use it, this app still doesn’t let me login. It’s not just me either, everyone at my plant has this same issue. The thought of finding a new job just so I don’t have to use this app anymore has crossed my mind many many times.

If your org admin enabled Mobile App Management then the configuration should be completed to properly in the Infor Go administration page portal.

Buggy and non intuitive

Ever since the hospital started using this software, it has become a joke among employees that they are trying to frustrate employees to quit. Location feature (geofencing) is wildly inaccurate, placing employees over 100 miles away from their actual location. My manager totally ignores location errors at this point. We all joke about the “error” message every time we go to open the app. It is almost like the app wants you to be late logging in or meal breaks are over the one minute “grace” period. I am looking forward to retirement so I won’t have to deal with this app anymore. The desktop version is only slightly better regarding errors and crashes, but is even less intuitive. It is painfully obvious that no one in the UI team ever worked in Healthcare.
