Error: Could not crop image.
A better UI and look than the previous app. But all of that doesn’t matter because the process of uploading the VIN and Miles is a nightmare. You have to basically have a perfect line up for the app to successfully crop the image. Not only is it hard to get a good photo of the VIN on the card but the miles can be almost impossible to get a photo since the miles are usually not in a crop-able. Please fix this issue. It’s a huge roadblock.
Need to fix Error: Could Not Crop Image
Extremely frustrating trying to scan VIN or Miles and the app can’t crop an image. How on earth is there NO option to manually take a photo. Not all cars display the VIN and especially Miles in a way that can be cropped. Please fix.
