Easy to stay connected, great quality

We have family who aren’t internet savvy, and they feel the isolation more intensely in the pandemic. Sending photos & little updates about the kids regularly is much easier now! No errands to the photo center or rewriting the same note over and over. I can send a whole batch of cards in 5 or 10 minutes! Choosing a nice template is fun, and uploading a couple photos and adding a little note is simple. I love that addresses are saved and can be grouped as a batch. I was pleasantly surprised by the feature that allows for editing the message on the card to personalize the message for an individual recipient before completing an order - without rewriting the entire note! And the post cards are much higher quality prints than I can get at stores with photo printing. It’s more expensive, but the simplicity & direct mailing make it worth it. Our relatives, especially older folks who are so happy to receive updates about the kids, really appreciate and feel more love now that I’ve been able to connect consistently. After the success of my first order, I bought a bunch of credits at the discounted rate.

What a wonderful way to keep in touch!

I started using this app to send immediate Thank You notes, and it turned into so much more. I would snap a photo of my Daughter or myself with a gift that someone gave for a bday or holiday and immediately customize the postcard with the photo and thank you to the gift giver. THEN I realized the power of this app...

Every week I send a postcard with a photo and update about my daughter/dogs/myself to everyone in our family and certain friends. Every time I speak to any of them, they can’t stop thanking me. The postcards are high quality, timely, and the templates are plentiful and interesting. I think that receiving an actual piece of mail in such a digital world makes each person feel so appreciated. It is so fast and easy to customize, and INK gives a good rate if you buy a bundle. The joy these cards brings my 90 year old grandparents, along with many other friends and family members is priceless . I wish I had known about this service sooner!

Company doesn’t respond

I had a card made for my mother in law for Mother’s Day and had also purchased a gift card to come with it. Several days before her card was supposed to arrived she received a card made by someone else with some one else’s picture, message, and gift cards attached (that she can’t even activate). I attempted contacted the company to make let them know the wrong card got delivered to my MIL and to ensure that my card would still arrive to her. Well it’s now 4 days after the card should have arrived and she still hasn’t gotten it, I’ve tried contacting the company 3-4 different times with no response. And I’m out $30. The app is cool when it works and your card actually arrive and I understand mistakes happen however I’m not very happy that I’m not getting a response from the company and have now lost $30.

UPDATE: it’s very obvious that the only thing this company is capable of responding to is bad reviewed. If they responded to emails as much as they did bad reviews I wouldn’t have a problem right now. It’s not 10 days after my MIL should have received her card and gift card and I have gotten no response from INK cards except on this review. My next step is going to be to report them to the better business bureau.
