On or the best for creating your own mock ups for tattoos and displaying them on your own photos

Tattoo app

Pretty good but most of the good art you need to pay for. And there is not much to do when it comes to customizing the tattoo with different effects. However the placement of the tats look pretty realistic if you are using the app to see where a tattoo would look good.
