Every time I want to lock/unlock my scooter, I have to dismiss not one but two advertisements. One of the ads takes forever to load, causing me to accidentally tap on it when I go to lock/unlock my scooter. What makes this situation even more frustrating is the fact the InMotion app cannot be used to reliable lock/unlock my scooter. Each time I use the InMotion app, I have to force quit the app. If I don’t, the next time I try to use the app to lock/unlock my scooter it will fail continuously. When connected to my scooter, the app shows an odometer reading that differs from the odometer on the screen of the scooter. The InMotion RS scooter is a poorly made pile of junk and the InMotion app is no better. I hate how difficult it is to lock/unlock my shoddy scooter. I’m done with InMotion.

I bought a V10F and on the first day the sound stopped working. Brake light doesn’t work. Horn doesn’t work. No sound at all. App diagnostics shows no issues. Used app to upload factory setting and factory default sound. Brake light and sound still don’t work.
Programmable side lights work as advertised.
I returned the V10F and the exact issue occurred. Returned that V10F and got another one. Same issue on the 3rd one. I’m guessing the app update is the issue?

Every time you open the app to access a function you have to wait for the timer to end and then close 2 ads. Additionally, when you lock the scooter and come back to it you have to close the app and open again to reconnect. So 2 ads to lock your scooter and 2 ads to unlock it. It’s crazy to pay 3000 dollars for a scooter just to have them force you to watch ads.
