How does it work? Just share a recent, emotionally charged real-life situation or dream
For example, "I got so mad in the car today when someone cut me off!" or "I dreamed of being on a train that wouldn't stop!"
inner will gently prompt you to better understand why the situation or dream was emotionally charged
it will highlight emotions, symbols, and inner dynamics inherent in the situation or dream... a first step towards better self-awareness
it will also highlight past situations and dreams where you had similar emotions and inner dynamics.... helping you link the unconscious with real-life behaviors
prefer to speak vs. type? open the keyboard and click the microphone on the bottom right. inner works in any language (e.g., Spanish or Chinese)!
