Great potential

Can you please fix the bugs, every time I try to add a happiness track the app closes and when I try to take the quizzes it doesn’t give me taps to continue to the next question please please fix I really want to enjoy the whole app so I can be able recommend it to others in the near future

First time meditator. If I think about it, it’s a little scary having an empty mind/head for a moment.
Watching my mind from a small distance. Those who meditate, must know what I mean 😊.

Very helpful in moments of anxiety or stress

I have used the relief bot function probably 3-4 times a week, and it’s a lifesaver. A lot of the techniques it goes through are things I’ve learned about in books and counseling, but when I’m anxious it’s like my mind goes blank and I can’t remember what to do to help myself. I’m very grateful for this app.
