First time meditator. If I think about it, it’s a little scary having an empty mind/head for a moment.

Very helpful in moments of anxiety or stress

I have used the relief bot function probably 3-4 times a week, and it’s a lifesaver. A lot of the techniques it goes through are things I’ve learned about in books and counseling, but when I’m anxious it’s like my mind goes blank and I can’t remember what to do to help myself. I’m very grateful for this app.

This has helped me so much to calm me done and get tho things. It’s the best app I’ve ever downloaded. honestly I would get tho life if i didn’t have this.
