As an Inova patient, you can use our Inova app to access MyChart, a free service offered by participating Inova medical facilities and doctors' offices that gives you personalized and secure on-line access to portions of your medical records.

For virtual and in-person visits, you can save time by completing the check-in process using the Inova app.

Our mobile app also helps you find and get directions to our hospitals, primary and specialty care offices, urgent care, imaging, and lab locations.

With Inova you can:
- Request medical appointments with your primary care provider
- Use eCheck-in to check-in to you appointment prior to your visit
- View your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record
- View test results
- Request prescription renewals
- Access trusted health information resources
- Communicate electronically and securely with your providers
- Upload health and fitness data, including data from the “Apple health app,” when enrolled in self-tracking programs

So Appreciative - Great First Experience

We just moved to the area from out of state and are pregnant with our second child. We were nervous about finding a good clinic in our new home. But when we came to Inova Ashburn and experienced the professional and welcoming environment, we were immediately relieved and very happy with our choice. We especially want to thank the staff we met. Dr. Gamez was extremely professional and understanding. He spent time and went over everything we may need to have and consider for our pregnancy and made us feel confident in the staff and the facility. We are very appreciative of that. Simka the nurse and the lab technician, and the front desk staff were also very accommodating and welcoming and also very professional and warm. We recommend Inova OBGYN - Ashburn if you are planning to have a child.

Denying access to teen information

I have a son who just turned 14 who was diagnosed with epilepsy last year. Because he is 14 My chart will is now requiring us to have him setup his own chart and I have to request proxy access. However we cannot get an account setup for him when I am following the directions. I have been going around on circles for the past week. Very frustrating that a parent is not able to advocate for our child’s healthcare. My 14 year old son is not able to mange this on his own. As far as I’m concerned this app is worthless to parents.
