Das Nervensystem kann durch verschiedene Krankheiten oder durch einen Unfall beeinträchtigt sein. In der vorliegenden App finden Sie die theoretischen Grundlagen und einen Übungskatalog, aus welchem Sie Ihr individuelles Programm erstellen können. Das Programm kann mit eigenen Übungen (Fotos und Videos) ergänzt werden. Weiter kann das aktuelle Mobilitätsniveau mit einem Video oder Foto festgehalten werden.
Die Push Nachrichten erinnern Sie an die regelmässige Durchführung der Übungen und die Fortschritte werden in einem Verlaufsdiagramm festgehalten.
