Reps Aman & Jan were amazing!!!
Here goes. To make a long story short and fun. I called in the last day (Thursday) to renew my insurance, about 8 hours before it expired on 12:01 am of Friday (today). I was told by my then current insurance rep that i can come in on Friday to renew before it expires. What this rep was or wasn’t aware of is that my insurance expires at 12:01 am of that same day she said to come in. So now I’m feeling it. The pressure. What to do what to do. I call her back and she says that she wasn’t aware my insurance expires the same day she told me to come in. In essence I’m at fault for relying on someone else to give me facts when I had all the docs telling me what I need. So I said no to that idea of me driving without insurance to the office to then renew. I thought to call insurance but first i went on the app. I had already entered al my info so the app was already spitting out 3 option quotes. 20%, 15% or 10% ..I got the 10% and now I was ready to pay. But I had 1 credit card and 1 debit to card to make payment. That’s when I found myself in a predicament and decided to call Inshur. Thank you to for helping me get through this process so easy and quick to Aman and Jan. One of the reps I first spoke to emailed me 2 invoices and I easily paid then via my phone and then I called them back up to confirm and walah. I’m Inshured!!! My docs and all paperwork were already waiting for me in my Inshur account. Thank you gentlemen. You guys rock!!!
Easy and convenience
First of all, I, personally, would like to say "thanks to Armanbir for his extra-step customer service.” His callback to my question is not something special but it must be very special in terms of how other tlc insurance brokers treat their customers. My many experiences with other tlc insurance brokers was not that happy. I waited and waited for quotes and answers for my questions but most of them did not give any answers back in time matters!!! I thank you again for the customer service to treat the drivers in kind way!!!
Second of all, this is the great and new way to buy tlc insurance. If you drive a personal car and buy personal car insurance withr geico or other online automobile insurance, most of personal automotive insurance companies such as geico, allstate, etc make it much easier. It does not bother customers to come to office and bring documents. Also no parking either.
This app and insurance company and broker make it in just a few minutes to get tlc insurance. I personally like the geico insurance for my personal insurance for the quick getting quote and customer service. This tlc insurance is as much as quick and easy to get it in a few minutes!
Finally! It accepts credit card payment! If tlc drivers have a good insurance quote from here, why dont you use this driver-friendly app based tlc insurance. You would like to write good review like me after you have insurance from here!!!
BEST WAY TO GET YOUR TLC INSURANCE !
I recently purchase my TLC and vehicle full coverage insurance threw the inshur app and may i say is really simple and fast & the app doesn't charge you any money for there services . And the best of all is they have a customer service number that allows you to speak to someone from the app, i spoke to a lady her name is KATE she answer all of my question, and boy i had a-lot of questions. I wish my brother knew about this app before paying so much money to a broker for insurance.
