Checking balances

This app has Issues!! I set up my Username/email address & put in a password ... Now, the Login doesn’t accept my information no matter how Many times I enter it. Totally USELESS!! I end up going to costumer service to get my balance, I guess that’s what I’ll continue to do since the app is useless!!!!

This company is a highway robbery! RUN AWAY!

They charge too many fees! I’ve had the card for 2.5 months, to get away from bank fees but have been charged $325 in fees! Using your pin? Fee. Checking your balance? Fee. Loading money? Fee. Withdrawing money? Fee. Calling customer service? Fee. And OMG, the WORST customer service. The call is on a time delay or something so they either talk when u talk or sound like they are ignoring you. Most times your own voice echos back. Obviously a call center outside the us and very heavy accents. Hard to understand. Every time I’ve called, I spend 30 mins on hold just to be hung up on. EVERY TIME! I’m so frustrated by the second time calling that I’m almost in tears! Not to mention how hard it is to get them to believe you when you tell them someone illegally gained your account number and made purchases that you shouldn’t be responsible for. It wasn’t until I started crying and demanding a manager that they agreed to even look into the charges.

Cannot get customer service on phone!

I tried to go on website and it will not let me. How does that happen!!!! Then I try to call customer service and you get charged $1.00 every time you call! Rip off!!!! Then, you’re lucky if you get a representative because you have to put your card number in and you have to be fast because my card is on my phone and I have to go back and forth to put it in and if you aren’t fast enough it hangs up on you! You will not get a customer service representative. I’m so frustrated that I’m going to get rid of this card and just use my debit card and take a chance. At least I can get a hold of a bank representative! Goodbye Insight!!!!! Not good customer service and that is IMPORTANT!!!!!
