Overly-complicated UI.

The home page’s layout is so complicated, and I wish it were less of a headache to navigate through.

Bad Website

Your App does not show Fee Based Programs, which are available to the public and student community. Most, if not all, of these “Classes” are known only by Word-Of-Mouth. The Advocate ran a short article, a few years ago, about one such class, in which, the reporter did not know existed. There was an immediate increase in attendance after the article ran...then sadly, tailed off as each semester passed.

Your App is “clunky”. Some parts load and run well. Other parts, took more time, so it was bypassed and not viewed. Then I realized, something familiar. That your App connected to the online WebSite. Still using a spreadsheet for your calendar? - it’s so, last century, resizing to contain/display content.

Are you “Contracted/Term” Developers, focused on a “Project” who “Patch” the previous Developer’s “Patches”? The format for WebSite that’s linked to App is not much different than what was available in the 90’s. In fact, it’s the same.

Well, non sequitur...one cannot submit feedback, directly to the Developer/WebSite, and must be submitted at the AppStore, and “they” do not respond to feedback. App Dev’s can not change the nature of a bad WebSite by solely, linking it with an App.

Collectively, this not a good App. It remains a bad WebSite with contemporary access.

This destroyed the website

I am perfectly fine with this being the mobile version but why did you force this version onto the desktop version of the website? It just made things take more steps to do!
Ex: if I wanted to go on canvas I would just sign in and go to canvas but now I have to sign in, click canvas, and “authorize” it and then click on canvas again to actually go to canvas.

If I wanted to register with the student planning I’d just click on student planning, not click register and them click student planning.

Also if I wanted to see how much money was due I’d be able to see it right there in front of my face but now it’s hidden somewhere

These might be small issues but they add up and they didn’t exist in the previous website.
Also just like anything, applying the same solution to all scenarios is always a bad idea. People, believe it or not, would not be using a desktop PC if they hated the original website, they’d just use their phones or tablets to do it.
