• Glance and rate a song from the Notification Center widget.
• Click on the album artwork to play or pause a song.

Ratings and Reviews
Just what I needed
I play iTunes in the mini player quite a lot. There is no way, as far as I know, to quickly rater a song (with stars) without clicking the … menu. This is a pain. I run this little app alongside the mini player to set the rating as I listen. One review says it does not do anything but that is not true. It does properly set the rating.
Note that, as the discription says, clicking the artwork pauses/resumes the song. So if you want to drag the window around you need to click (or three-finger drag) over the white title area under the artwork.
Nice job, @pvieito.
Library songs full-stars only, no hearts, no Apple Music
Works with limitations.
If you configured iTunes to permit half-star ratings you’re out of luck - this app won’t let you do it and you have to go into iTunes to do it.
You can’t love/heart songs with the app either.
In Apple Music app won’t let you love/heart songs, but claims to let you give them star ratings (which don't appear anywhere and therefore the feature doesn’t actually do anything).
With Family Sharing set up, up to six family members can use this app.
