Always having wrong record

I am very confident about the truth that I had never used my cell phone during my car trips, needless to say about picking up a call but this program still recorded that I used my phone. This type of problem already happened last week, however, I didn’t except to see this error again today. Another issue is that the driving record went inaccurate after a short period of parking. Please try to fix the bugs.

worst customer experience ever

I know companies are having a hard time hiring people. Customer service is absolutely horrible. Maybe people aren’t coming back to work at intact because working there isn’t worth the money they pay.
Excuse after excuse as to why my claim is so slow to be resolved. Yet they do nothing to expedite my claim.
They removed one person only to have them put back on my claim. No responses to emails, voicemail is full, hours on hold.
