Integrate BPD 17+

I really love now having an app to go with the Integrate BPD course. It’s really easy to use. It looks a lot like the website so there is no confusion over where you left off. The modules all have the ability to be downloaded so you can read even if there isn’t WiFi which means I can go through the course wherever I want to. And if reading on the screen is a problem I can print the chapter with the worksheets. So much comes with this community that is so valuable in healing from BPD or BPD tendencies. Ashley has truly done so well taking the research and explaining it to understand the original wound and how to grieve it. My world went from feeling really alone, feeling like my dark thoughts may be a lifelong curse, and that I’d never figure out how to have healthy relationships with others to now having a more integrated lens of reality, feeling more connected to the world than ever and discovering the real me for the first time! It’s not an easy process but you have so much support from peers and professionals! If you are debating whether or not to join Integrate I promise taking this leap will help you find what no other therapy can provide!!! Healing is possible!

I absolutely love this app, the program, the people and everything about it. The content in this program is so well researched and it’s so specific and detailed. I finally got the answers I’d been searching for my whole life. Integrate has helped me in more ways than I can count. From giving me a place to feel heard and seen and not alone, to giving me hope. I started Integrate BPD just a couple months ago and have made such major improvements already. I truly see things about myself I never did and may never have. My lens of reality was so foggy and downright made up sometimes, and this was the exact problem. I’ve learned how to heal core wounds, identify fantasy thinking and already feel myself become integrated… becoming free
